Learn more about independent power, digital security systems
Are you frustrated with power loss or Internet outages? Find solutions to operate safely during these difficulties. At its Oct. 28 business seminar, the Saipan Chamber of Commerce will focus on both alternative power supplies and available security systems for homes and businesses on island.
Ron Smith of Angil Design will provide information about independent power systems for homes and businesses with an emphasis on off-grid power supply. He will talk about what these systems do, how much they cost, and why they are 100 percent reliable. He will also demonstrate their ability to run critical infrastructure and will show an analysis that explains the cost benefits.
Brian Clayton of Megabyte will discuss the capabilities of DVR security systems and other solutions for security/safety issues that islanders have been encountering. He will discuss which systems are easier to use and how some systems store more video within a given hard drive space. He will outline the proper features, reliability, and price range for your business needs and outline the systems available in the market, focusing on the affordability and function. Topics will include digital video recording systems, security and safety issues, as well as high-end security camera technology.
The workshop will be held in the Chamber’s conference room on Oct. 28, Wednesday, from 9am to noon. Space available is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
