To start the new year, the Saipan Chamber of Commerce and Tribe Marianas present a training seminar that focuses on the effective use of social media to find new customers, engage existing customers, and enhance the overall effectiveness and success of your business.

Social media is changing every business. It changes how we sell and how we connect to our customers, no matter what size the business may be. Whether you launch a large campaign online or something smaller, it’s helpful to know more about controlling your message, and determining the success of your efforts. Your competitors are devoting increasing amounts of resources into social media marketing, and so should you!

During this training seminar, called “Social Media for Business,” presenters will not only tackle the ins and outs of networking when using social media but will assist participants in determining their target market and identifying the various approaches and platforms that will best achieve your goals. Learn how to elevate the level of your sales transactions while communicating professionalism, gaining respect, enhancing customer relationships, and securing an overall competitive advantage through the power of social media. With the increase of business development on our island, we are experiencing a competitive workforce and an even more demanding consumer base, it is imperative to have knowledge and tools to set your business apart.

This seminar will take place at the Saipan Chamber of Commerce conference room (Marianas Business Plaza, third floor, Suite 315) on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, from 9am to 11:30am. Registration fee is $50 per person for Chamber members and $55 per person for non-members. Reservations and advance payment are required as seating is limited. Light refreshments are included.
