Las Vegas Night golden tickets still available
The New Year has rolled in and the Rotary Club of Saipan has set up the distribution of “golden tickets” to Rotarians in preparation for Las Vegas Night set for Jan. 9 from 6pm to midnight at the Royal Taga Ballroom of the Saipan World Resort.
Tickets are now on sale at $5 apiece or $20 per booklet.
The night features $500 in cash and door prizes and the popular $10,000 in cash or a 2016 Mazda 3 Sport option.
According to Tom Thornburgh, a total of 74 bundles have gone out so far.
Each bundle is a total of 20 packets with five tickets each worth $5. However, you can get the fifth golden ticket in a booklet free if you buy a booklet for $20.
“As far as the actual number of tickets, we have given out to the Rotarians a total of 7,400 tickets. Each Rotarian is obligated to sell all $400 worth…I am collecting stubs and money as they come in…” Thornburgh said.
