Konqer holds 3-day sign up
Organizers of KONQER Saipan-King of the Hill will have a three-day registration at McDonald’s Middle Road from 2:30pm to 4pm starting today up to Thursday. KONQER Saipan is set for Sept. 9 at the Gov. Eloy S. Inos Peace Park.
Individual registration fees are $50 for 18 and up and $25 per registrant for students in the 15 to 17 years old age group. Youths who are under 14 are free to join the inaugural obstacle course challenge.
A press conference will also be held tomorrow at 11:30am at the Fiesta Resort & Spa-Saipan’s executive lounge where KONQER organizers will explain the activities and also answer additional questions about the competition.
Participation packets can be picked up on Thursday, Sept. 7, from 2pm to 6pm at the Fiesta lobby. Official competition bib as well as other race items and course information are included in the packet. Participants are required to have their race bibs before the start of the event. Organizers must be informed beforehand if a proxy would pick up the packet through email support@konqersports.com.
Teams can send their representatives to pick up their race packet by presenting a photo ID for verification purposes.
The race packet pickup at Fiesta is also KONQER’s final leg of “Happy Hour” countdown where Saipan Brewing’s KONQER Saipan Ale will be available for a limited time.
