Let the records show that the new liason officer at our liason office in Guam is former lawmaker Antonio R. Agulto.
Since Mr. Agulto took over our office in Guam, the working atmosphere has become a happy one. The morale of the employees has greatly improved. The production of work has turned into equal pay and equal work. The seriousness of reporting to work on time has turned into perfect attendance. And the respect among employees has them turned into brothers and sisters.
There’s no question that Mr. Agulto knows what he is doing in our office in Guam. Theres no question that the employees are extending their full support and cooperation to Mr. Agulto.
Yes, indeed, complaints will always arise, whether big or small, true or false. But the reality of life is that it’s very hard to satisfy people while they are alive.
What ought to be done at the end of the day for each day is just to stay focused, look straight ahead, and just do what is right to the best of one’s ability.
Keep up the good work, Mr. Agulto. You are on the right track.
