Although the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library facility emains temporarily closed to the public, it is able to provide free WiFi access point at the library’s parking lot during hours of operation.

“We ask that the community please contact the phone number provided in order to avail of the free public service,” JKPL said in a statement.

The WiFi password will be given to one per vehicle. Open e-books will be provided by library staff, which is a free e-book service. Free online community resources with links to databases are also available. Also you may ask a librarian to provide answers to general inquiries regarding library services information resources to help meet particular information needs.

All library materials due during this period of public onsite closure will be waived. The library recommends that patrons who have overdue materials to hold on to such materials until such time as the library is fully open to the public.
