JKPL hosts internet camp

The Joeten-Kiyu Library is hosting its 2019 Internet Camp comprising two sessions that will be separated into different age groups.

Section A will be for children ages 6 to 8 and Section B will be for children ages 9 to 12.

Section A will be from July 23 to July 26; there are 15 seats remaining.

Section B will be from July 30 to Aug 2; all seats for this session have already been filled.

Both camps will be from 9:30am to 12pm.

Registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This camp will introduce participants to the importance of the internet, and provide tips on how to surf the internet safely and what to avoid while browsing. The camp will also introduce typing classes and educational games.

Interested participants must have a library card that are free of fines.
