Japan

If I had the opportunity, I would travel to Japan. Japan is one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is very traditional, peaceful, and well known for sightseeing. The food is especially amazing, and there is a lot of variety to choose from. An example is their noodles, a very common food in Japan. There are also popular places to visit. For instance, I want to see what kind of animals they have and what plants they grow. Even the Japanese language is very interesting. I want to study and learn it. Japan is very diverse in many ways. Even though it has one language, words have many meanings to each one. Japan has always been a place I wanted to visit, because it is different and welcoming. It is ironic that I am half Japanese but I do not know much about the culture and the language. To visit Japan would fulfill my dreams. Japan is full of wonders.

The importance of walking

How many times do you spend walking every week? Any machine will rust if it is not used for a long time. Similarly, our body needs to move every day for good health. Walking is especially good for our health. There are several benefits of walking. One, walking helps prevent osteoporosis. Even with a daily intake of calcium, our muscles will lose calcium easily and the bones get weakened if our muscles are not exercised. To prevent this, it is a good idea to walk. Walking also improves blood circulation. For older adults, walking helps prevent various illnesses. Walking also helps prevent obesity. Its aerobic benefits help the body burn fat.
Walking is a better aerobic exercise than an intensive exercise like jogging. Additionally, walking helps relieve stress. For many people including myself, the biggest benefit to walking is feeling the cool breeze and fresh air while walking. When I walk, I feel like I am one with nature. In today’s modern society, people move by car every time. So it is a good idea to start walking soon for good health.

Benefits of swimming

Do you enjoy swimming? Swimming is a good exercise. For professional athletes, swimming is a competitive sport. For non-professional athletes, swimming has important health benefits for your body. When you go swimming, almost all of the muscles in your body work, especially your heart and lungs. Swimming can also build stamina. You can burn a lot of calories when you swim. Summer is only a few months away. Swimming can help your body cool down from the summer heat. One of the benefits of living on Saipan is that the island is surrounded by beautiful beaches. You do not have to travel too far to go swimming. Swimming can also be an activity with family and friends. When you go swimming at a beach or a swimming pool, just remember that you are working out and having fun.

My favorite fruit

Do you like to eat fruit? I like to eat fruit very much, especially the banana. There are several reasons that the banana is my favorite. First, it has a sweet taste that many people enjoy. Secondly, it is convenient. People can carry a banana easily. For instance, when I do not have time to eat breakfast I always take a banana with me. Thirdly, a banana has many vitamins and nutrients. A banana has two times as much carbohydrate as an apple. Finally, a banana is rich in natural sugar. Eating two bananas will give you enough energy to exercise for at least an hour. For me, the banana is my super fruit.

Exercise

Do you exercise several times a week? If you do exercise, what kind of exercise do you do? Also why do you do those exercises? Many people today who work usually sit in front of a computer all day. So they often exercise after work. They realize that a healthy diet is not adequate for good health. They recognize that they need to do some form of regular exercise. There are many exercises that are simple to do. For example, walking, jogging, or jumping rope. These exercises are easy to do regularly, like three or four times a week. I think it is important to exercise regularly each week. I do exercise, too. I walk or jog for 40 minutes three or four times a week. After I walk or jog, I feel refreshed. I also have more energy. So I try to exercise regularly.

Rugby

Have you ever played rugby? For me, rugby is a fun way to exercise. Rugby has many benefits for good health. It can be a real exercise because there is a lot of running. It can also be a fun sport. Rugby can help you gain more muscle and strength. When you play rugby, you spend a lot of time running and jumping so you use a lot of energy, and that makes you stronger. Rugby can also motivate you to have a healthy diet. When you play, you are out in the field and chasing the ball or running away with the ball. My most memorable time was playing rugby and having fun with my friends.
