- BOOK DONATION First lady Diann Torres presented copies of books I Lina’la Hu and Hafa Sinentete-Mu? published by Lady Diann Torres Foundation to the William S Reyes Elementary School administrators for inclusion in the school’s library. Both books are on sale for $10 at the Lady Diann Torres Foundation office in Susupe. Custom souvenir tees in adult and children sizes are also available for $15. Proceeds of the sale of both books and souvenir tees will fund the 2nd Annual LDTF Language in Literacy Young Author’s Competition winning entries. - NEW BUSINESSES Jayna Park, left, general manager, and Alex Shen, branch manager (Saipan) of One Tel Communications and E Communications, have their picture taken at the Oct. 4 meeting of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce during which Park talked about One Tel and E Communications. “One Tel is a company that is that acts like the middleman between IT&E and the Korean and Chinese market in Guam and the CNMI and assists these particular markets to avail of IT&E products and services. This way, we eliminate the language barrier and the customers would never have to step into IT&E for payments, invoice, etc., although they are using IT&E service. We started out in Guam and we have over a thousand subscribers now. In the CNMI, we started in Garapan on May 22, 2017,” said Park. “E Communications specializes in meeting the communication needs of travelers, if they need connection to the internet, a phone, email access, or social media access.
