- ONLINE PAYMENTS: The Department of Finance is strengthening its electronic data processing division, which maintains the CNMI Tax System, Election Commission Registration System and JD Edwards Financial Management System. Currently, EDP is working on an online payment system in conjunction with the Department of Commerce and other agencies to allow online tax payments and other services electronically.
