- GREEN CHRISTMAS TREE- Commonwealth Utilities Corp. deputy executive director Charles Manglona and CUC Rota staff worked together for a period of two weeks to build a 45-foot Christmas tree made out of coconut leaves, local natural ornaments, and a recycled CUC power pole.
