- NO TO PAGAN MILITARIZATION: Members and supporters of the Northern Island community pose for a photo after a two-hour town hall meeting on March 26 at the Carolinian Utt in Garapan. These former residents of the Northern Islands and those who have ties to the area came to a consensus that they will file a class action lawsuit against the U.S. military if the planned militarization of Pagan pushes through.
