The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will sponsor an informational immigration processing seminar for employers on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, from 6pm to 7:30pm, at the American Memorial Park indoor auditorium/theatre. This seminar will be presented by immigration lawyers Bruce Mailman and Maya Kara.

The presentation will focus on the application process for USCIS visas, and will include discussion on how the recently distributed 2011 Survey on Wages, Salaries and Benefits would fit into that process for H-1B visa petitioning.

The Chamber will provide the Handbook for Employers, which includes instructions for completing Form I-9, DOJ workplace posters, and materials for distribution recently provided by USCIS at the seminar. The seminar is provided at no cost to Chamber members. Non-Chamber participants will be charged $15 for the session. (SCC)
