Info meetings on MTMNM draft plan
NOAA Fisheries and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service have extended the public comment period for the draft management plan and environmental assessment for the Marianas Trench Marine National Monument. The comment period will be open for an additional 60 calendar days, to close on or about July 26. The exact comment period end date will be posted to the NOAA Fisheries website.
There will be four virtual meetings in June that will provide opportunities for anyone interested in learning more about the draft plan. NOAA Fisheries and USFWS staff will be available to answer questions. All four meetings will be held from 5:30pm to 7pm ChST. Participants can attend virtually or via phone, as follows:

Public comments on the draft management plan and environmental assessment can be submitted in two ways:
