Income tax forms for 2017 tax season available

The Department of Finance announced yesterday that the income tax forms for the 2017 tax season is available for pickup from the Division of Revenue and Taxation or can be downloaded at www.cnmidof.net.

The self-service booth has been activated for taxpayers filing form 1040-EZCM. There is a small fee of $7.

For most taxpayers, tax return file date is Monday, April 17 2017, rather than Saturday, April 15, 2017. Personal income tax return file due date is April 15, 2017 unless the date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case the due date for Northern Marianas Territorial Income Tax returns gets pushed ahead to the next business day.
