Hyatt Regency celebrates FilAm Night

Share

This summer the celebration continues, as Hyatt Regency Saipan honors our Filipino American community. Our talented culinary team has created a splendid Filipino cuisine lineup for guests this month.

In celebration of Filipino and American Independence, Hyatt Regency will host a “FilAm Night” on July 17 at Kili Café & Terrace. Join us for an evening in celebration of Filipino and American cultures on the island. This amazing buffet spread of traditional tastes will include pancit palabok, which features savoury shrimp, pork rinds, and garlic chips; oxtail kare kare, with roasted peanuts and bok choy; the hotel’s version of a Filipino street fair with a live station and the much-loved halo halo especial dessert assortments, and much more.

The “FilAm Night” buffet celebration is set to run from 6pm to 9pm. The price is $50 per person, and Club at the Hyatt® members are welcome. The buffet will include San Miguel beer and free flowing house wines. Reservations are highly recommended. For more information, please call 234-1234 ext. 26.
