Hot Shots shoot past 670 Babes in women’s league

The Hot Shots shot past the 670 Babes, 13-2, in the last makeup game and lone women’s division game of the 2022 Budweiser Belau Amateur Softball Association League last Sunday at the Dandan Softball Field.
The Hot Shots flew through a run-ruled mercy game, swiftly ending it in four innings.
In the first inning, the Hot Shots put up the majority of their runs—seven, with four in the second and two in the third.
Janice Celis contributed three RBIs, while Becky Repeki, Devonne Sablan, and Daisy Kaipat brought in two each, with Nish Mario scoring one.
Julieann Guerrero and Lizanne Deleon Guerrero scored in the two runs for the Babes.
Women’s stats race
Erica Tenorio of the Hot Shots is the current batting leader in the women’s individual standings as of Nov. 13, while Kiana Aldan of the Queens of Diamonds top three categories.
Tenorio has a batting average of .720, with 25 at bats, and 18 hits. Kiana Aldan leads the triples category with three, leads in home runs with six, and leads in RBIs with 19.
Second to Tenorio is Kiana “Baby K” Camacho of the Queens of Diamonds with a .636 average, 33 at bats, and 21 hits, and third is Glare “Clarissa” Mabel of the Lady Eagles with a .633 average, 30 at bats, and 19 hits.
Second to Aldan in triples is a tie between Rosie Saralu, Keyona Tudela, Edilyn Benjamin, Sonia Isaac, and Erin Mendiola with two apiece.
After Aldan in home runs is a tie between Heather Kladik and Becky Repeki with two each, followed by a 12 player tie with one each.
Following Aldan in RBIs is Becky Repeki with 18, Janice Celis and Mardina Kaipat with 15 each, then Catalina Dela Cruz and Glare Mabel with 13 each.
The runs scored category is topped by Emy Oiterong with 21, 19 from Kiana Camacho and Becky Repeki, 18 from Brittany Luzama, and 17 from Kiana Aldan.
In the doubles category, Mardina Kaipat and Kiana Camacho lead with six each, followed by Becky Repeki with five, and Kayla Kaipat, Brittany Luzama, Glare Mabel, Maribel Igitol with four each.
In pitching, Bert Camacho from the Queens still takes the crown with a record of 58 innings pitched in 10 games (9-1), earned run of 19, 89 hits against her, and an earned run average of 2.29.
The strikeouts queen is Felisa Brel with 51, followed by 46 from Semerina Simram, 39 for Jennie Scaliem, 37 for Bert Camacho, 32 for Janice Celis, and 22 for Annalyn Olupumar.
