The Herbert G. Hopwood Middle School would be holding a ceremony tomorrow to welcome their students as they move to a new temporary campus.
The school will welcome students into a new temporary campus next to the Koblerville Elementary School; the school’s full-day schedule from 8:30am to 3:20pm daily resumes tomorrow.

The ceremony would start at 8am, according to a statement from the Public School System.

In a previous interview with Hopwood principal Dr. Rizalina Liwag, she noted that the students, along with the staff of the middle school, are all excited to move out of the Marianas High School campus, where they have been having classes in the morning while the high school uses the campus in the afternoon.

“They are excited because we would have our own full-day sessions, including more after-school activities for the students,” she previously said. “Everybody is looking forward to the new temporary campus.”

The temporary campus across the Koblerville Elementary School consists of 42 classrooms for about 1,000 students.
