Home decorations and amot pudus

Share
The Tinian Chamorro-Carolinian Cultural Center is offering free lessons to Chamorros and Carolinians on making home decorations using natural resources and making medicine for treatment of hemorrhoidal problems (amot pudus) this Saturday, July 7, 2012, at the Tinian Senior Citizen Center Pavilion. The lesson will start at 9Am. Bring your children so they, too, can learn the traditional ways of the Chamorros and Carolinians.

These activities are offered by the Association of Native Medicine and Culture, in partnership with the Community and Cultural Affairs, Office of the Mayor (Tinian), and funded in part by the Administration for Native Americans. For more information, call 433-9220 on Tinian and ask for Raymond Sablan.
