Hofschneider Engineering rallies behind trades education

Hofschneider Engineering reaffirmed its commitment to trades education with a donation to the Northern Marianas Trades Institute’s 4th Annual Gala.
With Hofschneider Engineering’s donation, NMTI is $500 closer to beating last year’s fundraising earnings of $32,000k.
Hofschneider Engineering CEO Bill Hofschneider, along with other professional staff, handed over the donation to officials of the institute.
NMTI is currently transitioning toward becoming a public entity.
According to NMTI officials, this 4th gala may be the last fundraiser under the “trades” institute as it anticipates the full transition over to a “technical” institute to be completed by the end of the year. The annual dinner fundraiser will also transition and rest on the shoulders of a fundraising arm somewhat similar to that of the Northern Marianas College Foundation.
Frank Rabauliman, NMTI’s acting CEO, said, “We are humbled by the support we receive from our community in all endeavors. We are truly lucky to have great business leaders backing our institute.”
Ross Manglona, NMTI’s director of continuing education, said, “The event is sure to be as good or better than the year before. It’s that time of the year where we recognize the impact trades education has on our community. Most of all, it’s a time to say thank you to all of you for pushing us to greater heights.
