Help Rota lass pursue her dream of dancing in L.A.
Rota-raised Zhee Frazier has been chosen to attend the Movement Lifestyle LAtitude Dance Academy this October in Los Angeles, California. She was given the opportunity to attend the camp in June but unfortunately was not able to because of lack of funds.
Frazier is a young girl who arrived on Saipan from Rota to pursue her liberal arts degree at the Northern Marianas College. She has an extreme passion for dancing and singing.
Movement Lifestyle hosts the LAtitude Dance Academy, which teaches young dancers to enhance their techniques by training them in all types of dance. The company also prepares them for mock dance auditions for recruitment with other dance schools. Only 20 are chosen in the nation to attend every quarter and Frazier was accepted in June and was fortunate to be given this opportunity again. She has proven to the world that her talents are worthy of the next step in the arts industry.
To raise funds for her upcoming trip to L.A. in October, Frazier will be having a Happy Hour fundraising this Thursday, July 24, 2014, at the 360 Restaurant in Susupe. There will be unlimited appetizers, raffle prizes, and entertainment from various local artists. Tickets are $25. Contact Frazier at 785-2031 for more details.
