Guam Guard hosting Halloween event on Sat.

The Guam National Guard’s Family Readiness Groups are hosting the 2018 Trunk-A-Treat event to provide a safe and fun Halloween experience on Saturday, Oct. 20, at the Guard’s Readiness Center in Barrigada.

All military ID card holders, and their families, are invited to the annual event which will be held from 5pm until 9pm. and will feature a variety of activities, food and fun in a safe, family-friendly environment.  The Trusted Traveler Program has been approved by The Adjutant General and will be in effect for this day only. All passengers, 18 years and older, must have valid identification to enter the facility.

The public is requested to drive cautiously along Army Drive, or Route 16, in the vicinity of the Guard’s Readiness Center in Barrigada this Saturday.  Public parking will be available within the readiness center during the event to ensure everyone is safe.  (PR)
