The second Greenstay Project showroom is opening this coming Saturday, July 23, at 1pm. The second showcase is located in front of the Ironwood offices on Middle Road.
There will be refreshments and gifts ready for all clients. The Greenstay team of Skywalker Holdings Company shall entertain clients from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Sunday after the opening.
“We will be handing out gifts to those who sign the deposit agreement and successfully pay by July 24th, at the latest,” said Cyril Song, sales account manager of Skywalker Holdings Company.
He added that there are no limits as to how many people can come and pay a visit to the model houses.
“Although this is only a soft opening, Greenstay’s second showroom is a celebration of the successful outcome of the first showroom, and in the hope of reaching out to more clients who are interested,” Song said.
According to Song, Greenstay has already sold 30 units of houses since the opening of the Greenstay sales office last June 25.
“Come and seize the spot, we only have 20 units left now,” Song said.
To be a client of the Greenstay Project, one must have land of their own along with supporting legal documents.
For the upcoming second showroom, there will be a two-bedroom model house, which was introduced at the very first showroom located at the Garapan Fishing Base across Kristo Rai Church. The showroom will also include a three-bedroom model standard house and four-bedroom deluxe house, which will have more rooms and have more unique designs.
“The first showroom there were about 1,000 people who came. We hope to attract more and more people in this upcoming showroom,” Song said.
He also mentioned “For those who are interested in applying for the house we will also have applications and brochures to give out.
“Overall there will be three houses that will be available for the public and most especially for those who are interested in the houses. Greenstay is also welcoming the people who went to the very first showroom but weren’t able to see three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses.”
All of the houses Greenstay offers come with integrated kitchen and bathroom and they are all move-in ready. People can choose the furniture for the houses and can also choose the color for the flooring, the outside wall, and the shingles for the roof.
The benefits of the house is they are made of wood-plastic composite material to prevent termite infestation. The houses are also designed under seismic zone 4, to address the issue of earthquakes. Galvanized steel frame is also used to prevent the frame of the houses from rusting.
For those who have any questions or concerns about Greenstay or the houses, they can either drop by at the Greenstay office, which is located at Island Commercial Building right across Shell Middle Road, email greenstay.cnmi@gmail.com, call (670) 233-8812, or Facebook @ CNMI Greenstay. (PR)
