Greenstay Project ‘land-house exchange’
Greenstay Project has come up with an idea called “Greenstay Land-House Exchange.” Basically, the idea is that Greenstay will build you a new modular house in exchange for a land. To get the new modular house there are requirements that will be needed:
1. At least two land properties with clear titles.
2. Land property shall exceed 1,000 square meters.
3. Land shall have a unique or a strong point (e.g.: a scenic view, good location or an interesting history).
If you are interested in the Greenstay land-house exchange, the Greenstay staff will set up an appointment with you to inspect the lands where the modular house will be built on and the other to exchange with Greenstay. Upon inspection, documents for the land will be needed. If both parties are satisfied with the terms, the house will be built and will come with the furniture that Greenstay includes when a house is purchased. Some conditions and terms apply.
Greenstay has come up with different strategies to help the community in recovering from Typhoon Soudelor. The showrooms for the new technology of modular homes have been introduced by Greenstay Projects. The three showrooms out of the five designs that Greenstay has to offer is actually still open for the community to see and if interested ready to purchase.
For those who have any questions, concerns, or who are interested in the Greenstay land-house exchange or the houses, operating hours are Monday to Sunday 10am-6pm. Contact us via email: greenstay.cnmi@gmail.com, call at (670) 233-8812, or Facebook @ CNMI Greenstay. (PR)
