The second phase of the Greenstay Project showrooms are still up and open for those who are interested in purchasing a comfortable and a care-free house. The showrooms that are open for viewing is the 2-bedroom standard, 3-bedroom standard, and 4-bedroom deluxe houses.

All of the houses Greenstay offers come with integrated kitchen and bathroom and they are all move-in ready. People can choose the furniture for the houses and can also choose the color for the flooring, the outside wall, and the shingles for the roof.

The benefits of the house are that they are made of wood-plastic composite material to prevent termite infestation. The houses are also designed under seismic zone 4 to address the issue of earthquakes. Galvanized steel frame is also used to prevent the frame of the houses from rusting.

It has been a whole year since Typhoon Soudelor impacted Saipan in a way that forever changed the lives of Saipan’s residents. Many still haven’t fully recovered from the damage Soudelor left behind.

Skywalker Holdings Co. created the Greenstay Project because of the housing issues Saipan faced after the typhoon. Since then, the Greenstay sales department has entertained many interested clients looking for houses that are weatherproof, reliable, and eco-friendly.

For those who have any questions or concerns about Greenstay or the houses, operating hours are from Monday to Sunday 10am-6pm. They can either drop by at the Greenstay office, which is located at Island Commercial Building right across Shell Middle Road, email greenstay.cnmi@gmail.com, call (670) 233-8812, or Facebook @ CNMI Greenstay.
