GMS students strike gold in regional PGFC

Green Meadow School students, also known as Falcons, won three gold medals, three silvers, and seven bronzes in the regional Primary Grade Forensic Competition last Saturday at the Grace Christian Academy.

The Falcons’ outstanding performance in the contest among private and public schools students in the Kindergarten 5 to fifth-grade level was highlighted by their two gold medal wins, three silvers, and four bronzes in the K-2 Division.

GMS’ other gold medal came from the 3-5 Division, while the Falcons made several Top 5 finishes in other levels.

School principal Milagros Songcuan was ecstatic to see more students excel in different categories and congratulated them, their teachers-coaches, and parents for working together to do well at the regionals.

“The support and encouragement the students got from the teachers and their parents inspired the Falcons to succeed,” Songcuan said.

The Falcons were among the hundreds of students who qualified for the regionals after a series of preliminary competitions. Here is a complete list of the GMS students who won in the regional PGFC:
