GMS students bag medals at 2014 STEM Fair

Jill Anne Mallari, a 3rd grader from Green Meadow School, was awarded the silver medal for her “Solar Oven” entry under the Technology & Electronics category of the recent 2014 STEM Fair. The honor included Mallari among the top 15 winners in this year’s competition. Other winners from GMS are the following:
2 – 3 GRADE CLUSTER:

– Silver, “Multiplication Magic” by Angeline Faith Cacdac

– Bronze, “Which Makes People Yawn More?” by Danielle Nicole Sacramento

– Bronze, “Let’s Drink Juice!” by Jeremiah Alfred

4 – 5 GRADE CLUSTER:

– Bronze, “Simple Electric Motor” by Bernard Angelo Marcelo.

Congratulations to all the winners! Thanks to parents who served as judges in this year’s STEM Fair. GMS administration’s sincere appreciation goes to teachers Meliza Umali and Ana Liza Quiambao for coaching the participating students this year. (PR)
