Parents of 5th graders of Green Meadow School are already excited for the upcoming regional meet of the Primary Grade Forensic Competition after the GMS team did well at the PGFC last Oct. 7 at the Oleai Elementary School.
“Wow! We won two first place in Choral Speaking, two in a row,” one of the GMS students, Jasmyne Tolentino, exclaimed after the winners’ list was posted.
With all GMS fifth graders already qualified to join the PGFC regionals, parents of second graders are also looking forward to the next event.
Teacher-coaches like Ana Liza Quiambao, Jason Aia, Aida Marcelo, Analyn Danan, Meliza Umali, Bona Angeles, and Rosalie Habijan are making sure that all participants are ready by practicing each student after school hours.
Milagros Songcuan, GMS president and principal, said the GMS administration, teachers, and staff are determined to help these young speakers to achieve their goals.
