The Golden Harvest International School and Daycare congratulates its National Junior Speech and Debate Association winners and participants last Oct. 22, 2016, at Hopwood Middle School. The school also fielded competitors for the Primary Grades Forensic Conference at Marianas High School on Nov. 5, 2016
