Get ready to get pampered at Natural Nail Spa

With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Natural Nail Spa located along Middle Road (beside Na ka Oi) maybe operating its business in a different way, but they still aim to spoil and pamper clients who come and indulge in their relaxing treatments.

According to owner Merle Costelo-Byrd, they temporarily closed mid-March and reopened on May 1 and accepted clients by appointments only. “We only offered nail and hair service strictly by appointment which was new because we actually accommodate walk-in clients prior to the pandemic. When the business mandate changed and the allowed number of occupancy increased in our premises, we offered all the services including body massage, body treatments, and walk-in clients again,” she said.

“We love to give service and treatments to our regular and new clients and have safety protocols to keep clients and employees safe at the salon. We take our client’s temperature upon entry and ask them to wash their hands or sanitize. We require everyone to wear mask the whole time they are in the spa. We take our employees’ temperature too when they come to work and our staff were provided face masks, face shields, and gloves to protect themselves,” she added.

“As extra service to our clients and the community, we accommodate clients who after work want to take a shower at the spa before they go home to their family. We sanitize and disinfect all tables and chairs used after each client and after work, we air out the whole place while we clean and sanitize to get ready for the next day,” Costelo-Byrd said.

Natural Nail Spa currently doesn’t have an ongoing promo but they welcome loyal customers that have privilege cards. “Get a stamp for every $20 spent and after 20 stamps they get free classic manicure and pedicure or 90-minute massage. My staff and I are so thankful for all our clients for their continued support, patience, and cooperation on following our safety protocols,” Costelo-Byrd said.

“I hope everyone will continue to stay safe and pray that this pandemic will be over soon,” she added.
