Ellie Eichenberger in the 11th grade, who won in the 12-to-17-year-old category, made a “Christmas where you live” art piece showing island Christmas, mountain Christmas, and country Christmas scenes.

Their winning entries were among the 336 entries submitted within the duration of the art contest from Sept. 17 to Oct. 21, 2015.

Representatives of Pacifica Insurance paid a surprise visit to both winners’ classrooms at GCA and awarded both winners with $200 cash prizes and a set of art supplies.

The administration, teachers, and students of GCA are very happy for the victory of these two students. (GCA)
