GCA K-12 Eagles soar high in forensics

Share

Grace Christian Academy students from Kindergarten to 12th grade soared high in forensic competitions for the past two months. They have shown excellence by winning in different events like reading, public speaking, interpretations, and debate.

With fewer numbers of competitors in December, GCA’s Kindergarten to 5th graders even improved their number of wins in the Primary Grades Forensic Conference compared to the same month last year. They won six first places in different events.

Like their younger schoolmates, GCA’s 17 students from 6th grade to 8th grade soared high in the National Junior Speech and Debate Association. So did 11 GCA students in 9th to 12th grades in the National Speech and Debate Association competition in November. All of the NJSDA and NSDA competitors won one or more of the events they competed in.

The administration, faculty and staff, and parents of Grace Christian Academy were very proud of each student and would like to extend their congratulations to the following winners and everyone who participated in these islandwide competitions.
