Four arrested for alleged ‘ice’ trafficking

On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, the CNMI Drug Enforcement Task Force executed four arrest warrants for Sharleen Arriola, Ling Wei Meng, Shuihua Qi, and Ruchun Xu.

Arriola is charged with a count of possession, and a count of trafficking.

Lingwei Meng, alias “Brother,” is charged with a count of possession, and a count of trafficking.

Shuihua Qi, alias “Mindy,” is charged with two counts of possession, and two counts of trafficking and a count of conspiracy charges.

Ruchun Xu is charged with a count of possession, and a count of trafficking of a controlled substance.

These arrests were made pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the CNMI Superior Court with bail set at $100,000 for each. (PR)
