The training focused on the areas of problem solving; diversity-servicing multi-cultural recipient base for results; stress and time management with tips to handle stress; and customer service excellence and team building.

Jim Arenovski from Island Training Solutions facilitated the training.

According to NAP administrator Walter Macaranas, the training was an engaging and beneficial learning experience for the participants. The agenda was designed to enhance customer service efficiency and positive work and service attitudes.

In line with DCCA’s goals and objectives, NAP continues to look for and implement ways to improve government services, especially in areas of services in which families seek supplemental assistance to put food on the table. (DCCA)
