Final distribution of Yutu relief supplies this weekend

The CNMI government will be staging its final round of Super Typhoon Yutu relief goods and supplies distribution Friday, Jan. 18, and Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019 at the Garapan Fishing Base starting both days from 9am to 5pm or until supplies last.

Some relief items being distributed include:

-2-gallon refillable water containers

-Infant/toddler kits (includes diapers, baby wipes)

-Geriatric cots (requires proper identification such as a doctor’s note or AFN placard card in order to receive)

-Kitchenware sets (includes cooking pots and pans)

-Wag bags (for those situated in tents)

-Personal hygiene kits (hand sanitizers, mouthwash, soap, bath scrubs, lotions, toothbrushes, etc.)

The Lady Diann Torres Foundation will also be joining the CNMI government distributing relief goods and supplies including clothing for various ages donated by residents from the U.S. mainland.

Supplies will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis and while supplies last. Department of Public Safety officers will be onsite to regulate crowd and traffic control.

The CNMI government invites all residents who are in need of relief goods to visit the Garapan Fishing Base on Friday and Saturday to avail of the assistance and supplies being provided free of charge.
