Cabrera, the batting leader as of April 2, was the lone player that had two hits in the game, going 2-for-4 with a pair of singles to lead the Fielders to their fourth win in seven games and tie their victims for second place behind the Braves’ league-best 6-1 slate.

The Fielders had a combined batting of 9-for-29, while the Falcons also did not fare well, going 3-for-23.

Dizon went 2-for-3, both singles, with one run and an RBI, while Deleon Guerrero had an RBI double in the first inning. Austin Sanchez, who went 2-for-3, also scored for the Fielders.

Ignacio Mendiola and Henry Fleming, who scored the Fielders’ other runs, shared pitching duties and limited the Falcons to three hits with two earned runs. They combined for eight strikeouts and five walks.

Isiah Teigita, Joel Norita, and Pedro Maratita scored for the Falcons.
