Fee waivers for upcoming info session participants
Individuals who participate in Northern Marianas College’s upcoming info sessions on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 and Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018, will qualify to have their NMC Fall 2018 admission application fee and placement test fees waived. The waiver represents a savings of up to $75.
Both info sessions will be held from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at NMC’s Café Proa located near the Bookstore.
The sessions will cover topics that include the degree programs offered at NMC, financial aid options, the Prior Learning Assessment program, admissions, and other topics.
Round trip shuttle service will also be provided from Tanapag and Kagman on each day that the info session is held. Pick up times from Tanapag Middle School and the Kagman Market will be at 4:30pm, and the return drop off time from NMC back to Tanapag and Kagman will be at 7pm. There is no fee for the shuttle service.
NMC offers several degree and certificate programs, including a bachelor of science degree in education (emphasis in elementary education, early childhood education, special education, or rehabilitation and human services), bachelor of science degree in business management (emphasis in accounting); associate of arts degree in business, associate of applied science degrees in business administration (emphasis in accounting, business management, or computer applications), associate of arts in liberal arts (emphasis in education, health and physical education, and social work), associate of science in nursing, natural resources management, associate of applied science in criminal justice, and hospitality management.
