A former Department of Corrections officer who was arrested last month for allegedly sexually harassing the wife of former representative Juan Reyes was apprehended again on Monday night for allegedly smoking methamphetamine or “ice” and harassing customers and workers at Naked Fish in Susupe.

When confronted by a police officer, defendant Thomas C. Camacho, 55, called the bar’s employees terrorists and showed an identification card that he is a captain at the Central Intelligence Agency.

Camacho was arrested for illegal possession of a controlled substance and disturbing the peace. His bail was set at  $25,000 cash. Preliminary hearing is on May 19 at 1:30pm.

Police detective Rudolfo S. Hermosilla stated that Camacho walked into the bar, sat in the corner, ordered several beers, and got mad for no apparent reason.

Camacho started accusing an employee of being a terrorist as he then smoked what appeared to be “ice.” The defendant then started harassing other customers.

A police officer responded and asked Camacho to leave the bar. The defendant was yelling at the employees and called all of them terrorists and that he’s a CIA captain.

The officer later found a glass pipe and “ice” wrapped in a paper that was attached to a rubber band on Camacho’s right wrist. The seized substance tested positive for “ice.”
