The EMS Softball Tournament kicked off last night at the Capital Hill Ballfield with 11 teams vying for the championship.

The tournament is supported by BSI CSR, which is also a member of the EMS Committee.

“One day while CSR 2 was working on our CHCC project, a group of firefighters came to us and asked if we had some people that were interested in joining their EMS Committee. We at CSR, being involved with almost every event on the calendar, were more than willing to be part of this committee to help out with the community and give back to our islands. We are involved in many events such as assisting EMS with vital readings at the street market, EMS Family Fun Day, and then this hosting of the EMS Softball Tournament,” BSI CSR’s Martin Pangelinan said in a press release.

The tournament is for fun and awareness and participating teams are all members of the EMS Committee. (PR)
