Emergency water outages on Texas Road, San Jose Beach Road, parts of Chalan Kiya, Oleai
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the public that there is an emergency water service interruption currently in effect for the areas of Texas Road, entire San Jose Beach Road to the former Saipan Mayor’s Office (Ladera Center) and the areas from the Chalan Kiya Mobil gas station to the traffic light near Atkins Kroll Toyota.
The water outage is due to a 16-inch mainline break located on the eastbound lane on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero in Chalan Kiya. Water service to the affected areas is anticipated to be completed today, Sept. 25, 2020, at 12pm. Water service the affected areas will resume soon after.
For the safety of the men and women at the jobsite, CUC advises the public to exercise caution or to take alternative routes as the outer eastbound lane will closed for the duration of the repair.
