The three tabulating machines that the Commonwealth Election Commission is using at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center all came from Guam, according to CEC executive director Julita A. Villagomez.

The Guam Election Commission lent one machine to CEC Tuesday morning after CEC’s machines got wet during Super Typhoon Yutu. The two other machines were given by Guam to CEC last year.
