E-Land Group sustains philanthropy

E-Land Group, the parent company of Kensington Hotel Saipan, Pacific Islands Club, and Coral Ocean Golf Resort, supports Saipan’s major fundraising events such as American Red Cross Walkathon and upcoming Marianas March Against Cancer.

PIC Saipan once again donated 200 waterpark passes to the American Red Cross-NMI Chapter this year. The passes were rewarded to students who raised more than $75 during the Walkathon. For the same event, Kensington Hotel Saipan made in-kind donation, the value of which exceeded $1,000. John Hirsh, ARC-NMI Chapter executive director, said, “We deeply appreciate E-Land Group’s long-term partnership with Red Cross.”

Kensington Hotel has pledged $1,000 worth of in-kind donations to MMAC. The hotel’s, general manager, said, “We highly value what MMAC has been doing for cancer survivors and their families in CNMI. We will continue to support good causes like this.”

PIC has a long history of engaging in community outreach on Saipan. Now with newly incorporated E-Land’s philosophy after joining E-Land family as well as new leadership of Gloria Cavanagh, PIC’s general manager, the resort’s dedication to social responsibility initiatives are even more strengthened. So far this year, donations and expenses for outreach programs of Kensington Hotel, PIC, and Coral Ocean Golf Resort have already exceeded $30,000. E-Land Group’s has been active in contribution to Saipan community ever since it started business on the island. In line with its business philosophy—“Sharing, Rightness, Growth, and Serving”—the company continues to pay attention to important causes and needs of the community. (PR)
