Dragon Edong returns to Saipan

Good news to all tattoo fans on Saipan! One of the most respected and popular artists based on island will be back soon to showcase his world-class talent.
Now is your chance to witness once again the remarkable skills of internationally recognized artist Dragon Edong Elenzano, who has won several awards and recognition from different tattoo competition and festivals around the world. He will be coming to Saipan for the 2016 Flame Tree Arts Festival from April 14 to 17.
Dragon Edong might not literally breathe fire but he can surely ignite the crowd with his mastery of the art of tattoo. This will definitely be an exciting event to watch out for where you have the chance to be tattooed by a multi-awarded tattoo artist or to be amazed as he performs his artistry.
Since transferring his Megavision El Drako Tattoo shop in Guam last year, Elenzano had already made a mark and an impact in his new home. In a short period of time, he became the talk of the town among locals and military personnel.
More importantly, after being recognized with the coveted 2015 Best Tattoo Shop of Guam Award, Elenzano was chosen by the Council on the Arts of Humanities Agency as the sole delegate of Guam in traditional art (tattoo) as it hosts the upcoming 12th Festival of Pacific Arts happening from May 22 to June 4.
FESTPAC is a cultural festival held every four years that brings together artists and cultural practitioners from around the Pacific region. A total of 27 countries throughout the Pacific will participate in this grand event with an expected 2,500-3,000 delegates.
