DPS officers trained in use of field test kits

Share

Department of Public Safety police officers were recently trained in the use of field testing kits. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency Special Agent In-Charge for Guam conducted the training. It consisted of three sessions between Thursday, June 19, 2014, and Friday, June 20, 2014. Officers from all divisions were trained in drug identification and then, at the conclusion of the training, were trained in the proper use of the drug field test kits. This training will provide officers in the field another tool to curb the growing drug problem that is plaguing the CNMI. (DPS)
