Docomo Pacific spreads holiday cheer with ARC Guam Chapter

TAMUNING, Guam—Docomo Pacific, regional leader in innovation, telecommunications, and entertainment, partners with the American Red Cross Guam Chapter in the Red Ball in a Box event.

Red Ball in a Box

The American Red Cross is a non-profit organization whose mission is to keep the community strong through disaster relief and recovery efforts, military family support, emergency preparedness, and lifesaving training and certifications. For the past 20 years, ARC hosts an annual fundraising event known as the Red Ball; a remarkable ballroom event consisting of live entertainment and an elegant plated dinner. Despite the pandemic, ARC was determined to continue with its signature fundraising event and created a safe and intimate experience called “Red Ball in a Box”. Boxes containing a four-course gourmet dinner, prepared by chefs from the Micronesian Chefs Association were delivered to each event ticket holder

Docomo Pacific continues to be a supporting member of this event through a Silver Sponsorship. The sponsorship came with 10 complimentary gourmet dinner boxes; which were donated to front-liners at the Guam Memorial Hospital in honor of American Pharmacists Month.

Gift voucher donation

Although this year brought with it many obstacles, we all did our part in pushing through together. ARC continues to be there for the community when disasters strike and Docomo Pacific continues to help non-profit organizations that support the community. A Docomo Pacific gift voucher was presented to AERC for a raffle prize during the virtual Red Ball in a Box event.
