DETF executes arrest warrants

On Thursday, June 18, 2020, the CNMI Drug Enforcement Task Force executed two arrest warrants for Shuo Qiu and Huaishu Wang, on Navy Hill, Saipan.

Qiu

Qiu, also known as “Boss” or “Brother JD,” is charged with one count of drug possession and one count of trafficking. Same with Wang, who was charged similarly.

The next day, June 19, 2020, the task force executed an arrest warrant for Fanfan Su in Garapan, Saipan.

Su

Fanfan Su, also known as “Dragon,” is charged with one count of drug possession and one count of drug trafficking.

These arrests were made pursuant to arrest warrants issued by the CNMI Superior Court, with bail set at $100,000 each.

Wang
