As for people’s reaction to the party’s candidates, the people she said the people she spoke with are hopeful and excited for the possibility of change.
Hix said House of Representatives Saipan Precinct 3 candidate Corina Magofna also attended the event in support of her Tinian brothers.
Hix said the party’s Tinian Senate candidate Jose Pangelinan “Gurak” Cruz and House candidate Frederick Arend Dela Cruz, along with their campaign committees and supporters, thanked their guests and committees while asking for votes of confidence in the upcoming Nov. 3 general elections.
Hix said two campaign messages shared by the candidates were a vote to end political intimidation and retaliation in government, and a vote for economic and agricultural opportunities for the people of Tinian.
