The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. said yesterday that additional areas are scheduled for power interruption today, May 19, 2012, from 5:30am to 8:30am.

The purpose of the interruption is to de-energize the primary lines to allow CUC’s power crew to replace the burnt primary power pole in Koblerville across the St. Jude Church.

CUC line crews will also be clearing vegetations on the de-energized primary lines in the areas near the ABCD store in Koblerville.

Areas affected include As Lito/Chalan Msgr. Martinze (Mason PI., Tinanom PI., Sulon PI., Simiya PI., Dokko PI., Kostat Dr., Tufok PI., Bukayu Ln., Tika Ln., Halle Pl., Bagasu Ln., Kannuon Pl., Patnitos Ln., Lana Dr., Daddek Ln., Atool Pl., Faya Ln.) to Koblerville (Mobil gas station).

Because of the scale of the work that will be performed, travelers are asked to take alternate routes or to exercise caution when driving through the affected areas. (CUC)
