Power service interruption on March 3 in Koblerville
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the public that there will be a scheduled power service interruption on March 3, 2022, from 9am to 1pm, affecting Figan Ln. in Koblerville.

No water well or wastewater facility will be affected.

This outage is needed to allow CUC to replace a rotted 3-phase primary power pole along Figan Ln. in Koblerville

Scheduled water service interruptions on March 3
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the public that there will be a scheduled water service interruption on March 3, 2022, from 8:30 am to 3:30pm, affecting San Roque, Achugao and Tanapag. CUC said this outage will allow PRV maintenance to ensure the affected areas receive adequate pressures.

Separately, there will also be a scheduled water service interruption from 9am to 1pm affecting portions of Papago, entire San Vicente, Upper Dandan and Obyan. Isolation is needed to repair a 2-inch main service lateral on Laulau Bay Drive.

FAC information published in error in yesterday’s Saipan Tribune
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to notify the public that the Fuel Adjustment Charge, effective March 1, 2022, was erroneously published in yesterday’s issue of the Saipan Tribune as “911.27122 per kWh.” The correct FAC rate is “$0.27122 per kWh,” as what was stated in CUC’s press release.

CUC has communicated with the Saipan Tribune about the error and they have corrected their online edition of the article under “Rise in Fuel Prices Results in FAC Increase.” (PR)

Momentary scheduled power service interruption on Friday
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the public that there will be a scheduled power service interruption on March 4, 2022, from 3pm to 3:30pm, affecting customers along Mobil Susupe gas station to the Chalan Kanoa traffic light fronting V-Kool.This will allow CUC to disconnect the overhead primary jumpers along Beach Road near Great Harvest in preparation for the March 5 scheduled power service interruption.

No water well or wastewater facility will be affected.
