Creating an alcohol-free, drug-free workplace
Two speakers will talk about how to attain an alcohol-free and drug-free workplace at the Thursday, Feb. 15, breakfast meeting of the Society for Human Resource Management NMI Chapter.
This SHRM meeting will take place at the Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan’s Ascuzena Room, from 8am to 9:30am.
The speakers are Sandra F. Bordallo, MFT, LPC and Daniel A. Dueñas, MSW, MA, from Westcare Pacific Islands.
Bordallo earned her master’s degree in counseling from the University of Guam, and has over 11 years of professional, social work, and counseling experience.
She is a licensed marriage family therapist, and licensed professional counselor working with adolescents and adults in the Juvenile Drug Court, and the DUI Court systems in Guam.
Dueñas is currently employed with Westcare Pacific Islands under the Supportive Services Veterans Families as the lead veteran advocate.
Dueñas has extensive professional experiences spanning over 30 years in the areas of behavioral health and substance abuse treatment, to include forensic treatment with incarcerated individuals from individual to group treatment.
The presentation is open to the public. The speakers will provide an opportunity for questions.
